Its irrelevant how fudged Russia is.. GDP is worked out two ways and the average is used, what you spent vs what you earned. 1600 billion is hard to fudge cos those multibillion dollar gas deals.. are on the books. 80% of you countries earnings are coming in that way so no matter how corrupt the system looks, Russia are the one set of statistics that are going to be the most correct.... simply because of, limited revenue source's.

Russia GDP 2010 = 1.5 trillion
Russia GDP 2011 = 2.0
Russia GDP 2012 = 2.17
Russia GDP 2013 = 2.2
Russia GDP 2014 = 2.0
Russia GDP 2015 = 1.3
Russia GDP 2016 = 1.28
See why Russia needed Obama out now ^^, still won't stop the trend though Russia is a declining power. The only country nearing comparison with China is the USA, but even that's just a moment in time, Chinas doing 10x the business with other countries that the USA is doing.
