1) Appointed family members to a position of power.
2) Like their name on the side of buildings.
3) Used propaganda to discredit the free press.
4) Used the office for financial gain.
5) Claim minorities are the cause of problems.
6) Align with other dictators.
7) Lies so freely to the public they no longer know if something the leader says is true or false.
8) Frequent calls to jail their opponents.
9) Attempted to undermine the rule of law by politicizing it.
10) Frequently makes decisions by themself without consulting political peers or experts.
Answer more than 3 with "yes" and your country has problems, answer more than 5 with a "yes" and your... under a dictatorship.
