My admittedly American take is that Jean-Claude Juncker needs to shut his goddamn mouth and keep it shut. What a fool. Italy's people vote, and instead of respecting that, demonstrating the value of the EU, or promising to improve, he issues a pithy insult.
The EU bureaucrats remind me of the FIFA directors. Fat, old, arrogant turds with ridiculous hair who like to get driven around in limos with flags on.
