That's exactly what the stalker does. I don't know how many threads he's made about me, hell I rarely post on here and that just fuels him more. Months ago he actually made a thread about me wondering why I don't post anymore, yet turns around and says he's being stalked even though I have never made one thread about him.
Classic projection. It was amusing until one time my then 12 year old answered the phone and he called him a "white guilter". He knows what he does and it's why he goes so far as to hide what country he's in. Who knows how many other forums and people he does this shit to, but I'll bet this is just the tip of the iceberg.
