This is because he makes up all this shit as he goes. He lies so much that he forgot he lied a few minutes earlier.
You would think someone who lies so much would be an expert at it, but he sucks royally at deceiving people. It's because he's a fucking moron. He treads water in that area of being smart enough to attempt deception, but not smart enough to pull it off properly. Not a great place to be really.
