your government has held, holds and will hold 100-s of millions of people under economic sanctions...at one time your government held more innocent civilians under economic sanctions than the USA had citizens...completely destroying their futures and impoverishing entire regions for decades or even for centuries...lets face it, when you spend decades under sanctions, you will not rebound and catch up...the EU stood by and watched and is now flooded with the refugees the USA created...
