Hopefully North and South can officially end the war, that's a win without anything more than paper shuffle. Sanctions going and denuclearization maybe another time.
There's no winning though, Sanctions come off, then the first country in will be China and I can't see South Korea liking a Chinese dominated and owned North Korea.... which incidentally was one of the reasons for the war starting in the first place, except now not only does China have political clout, they've economic.
