therein lies the problem. trudeau doesn't want to make a deal with america on account of trump. We already know tariffs are stifling the CA economy and the dairy tariffs are illegal and protectionist. there's 2 reasons why trudeau won't/can't make a deal with trump, either because he's no deal maker and/or he is acting like a pussy on account of trump.
