ALL HUMANS have b12 deficiency...just no one gives a fuck until you say you're vegan...lol then everyone worries about your "protein deficiency" which is a term that doesn't exist in any medical books...ALL plants have protein..cleaner protein. some have more than the rudest biggest steak...like broccoli.
