1) Just FYI: almost all meals (including potatoes) are being served w/o mayo.
2) What's your problem with mayo? Do you know what it does consist of? It's just an egg yolk and a vegetable oil. Which one of these components is not healthy?

Yes, today it's very easy to learn with internet. I can cook almost anything I've never cooked before, because there a so many step-by-step instructions in textual and video formats online. And course ny food made by yourself is better than anything else, because you can be 100% sure for the components.

I know what I'm talking about. Maybe in the USA it's a part of the "national culture" but in the rest of the world you will never see a rich or even a prosperous person eating fast food. Go to France, Italy, Spain, Greece or even to Russia and look at the fast food visitors. After that go to any restaurant or even a pub and simply compare the people here and there. That's why an average American looks like 2 or 3 average Europeans glued together. Now please tell me that Pepsi and Cola are also good for your health because Donald Trump drink them ;)

^ This. PERIOD.
