That is a correct statement, at least on my part. If crimes are committed there should at least be charges and a court involved. In her case she is probably the most investigated person ever in the history of the United States and for the longest period of time (ever since her husband entered politics) and has yet to be charged with a single crime let alone be convicted of one.
