Republicans are complaining & Trump supporters are complaining as well. Trump is POTUS but his power as POTUS is swayed by public discourse & action because Trump is controlled not only by the American people , but the 435 people elected to congress as well, all of which are elected by the American people.
We don't live in a dictatorship and what the citizens of America demand has more power than the one temporary government posing as POTUS in the Whitehouse this term.
