It won't change until you start eating smarter. I know exercise isn't the issue in your case...you're active. Do a month clean&strict. Lean meats, complex carbs only, vegetables and fruits, no bread, no sugar, healthy oils paired with balanced portion control. By the end of the month your body will have adjusted to many of the dietary changes...and you can ease into month two by following the same regimen 80% of the time. You'll feel much better and leaner in no time. You'll be a happier man, your pizza group less so.
