It's not necessarily photoshop. What Google predicts in its search bar depends on where you live and how many others are searching for similar topics in your area.
When I search, I get "being attacked", "being interviewed", and "fighting back".

But the fact that you choose Yahoo as your first screenshot, and looking at all of the search predictions, really shows who you are, and where you're from, and the bubble that you live in. How cool is that??
