Injured myself at TD Bank the other day.

So the other day I went to TD Bank to rent a safe deposit box. I asked the manager if I could use their cart to help be move my coin collection because it was very heavy. She told me they didn't have a cart.

So, I had to carry my 300+ lb box of coins all the way from my vehicle to the little room with my safety deposit box. The employees saw me struggling to carry this box and offered to help me but the manager yelled at them. One of the employees offered to let me use their cart.

I told them I asked for a cart but the manager said they didn't have one. Apparently the manager didn't want me using the cart because she didn't want me to hurt myself using it. I ended up hurting myself because she wouldn't let me use the cart.

My wrist made a popping sound and I also sprained my back. I didn't say anything or feel any pain until later that night my entire hand went numb and persisted until the next day. It's still sore and a few fingers are numb but not the entire hand.

My back is still sore and my neck as well. I think I might have hurt something there as well when I went to put the box into the opening. I really don't understand why she wouldn't let me use her cart in the first place.
