Last time i flew from London to LA on Virgin a driver picked me up from my home just outside of London, drove to Heathrow Airport got VIP through customs and into the VIP lounge. Had a Champagne breakfast, shower and massage, then first onto the plane, sat at the bar on the plane for most of the flight drinking way too many drinks. Had an amazing 4 course dinner with wine. Had a full reclining chair/bed which was heated if needed. On approach to LA had breakfast, VIP through immigration and customs and was driven to my home in San Diego in a huge limo stuffed with my two suitcases and two mountain bikes i had made in London.

Absolutely amazing service but at a cost of $12,800. They did chuck in a round trip business class ticket for free, that could be used at anytime I should note that this was a few years ago and the prices are sure to have risen for First Class ?
