There are long term benefits and lower operating costs available by jailing a non-US citizen/resident for 2 years in a prison camp with conditions much like the ones that former Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio set up. Second, the employers who violate the laws should be held accountable with steep penalties
and company Directors/owners should get jail time. There are free online verification tools available to employers to check the validity of SSN's, etc.
