Edit: well apparently, it turns out this is an Obama-era photograph from 2014. So to me, it merely proves Obama's love compassion for these children, where measures are taken to ensure they're protected and taken care of with love and mercy. Its proof that Obama always did the right thing, and treated these innocents with the utmost consideration and without any racism.
