Well, as we all know... no single human being from a 3rd world shithole, who crossed several countries and then the US border illegally would even consider offering up, well known, well rehearsed lines in order to be considered for asylum.
So yeah.. dude shows up in the desert and says "asylum seeker" and its pretty much case closed from there.
