From what I'm reading on Swedish music forums they were unable to get the sponsorship they once had and the required insurance, the organisers re still holding events but breaking them down in to smaller more easily organised festivals.

sweden has a problem with sexual crimes since a LOOONG time. long before the refugee crisis.
