There are currently 4 states with no sales tax Delaware, Montana, Oregon, and New Hampshire. Now citizens there will all have to pay sales tax at the location of purchase online.
So now you will be charged double state tax for some purchases depending on where you live, sales tax in the state you are located, and state sales tax for the state the online store is located.
