this isn't my understanding. 1. the SC ruling is for 1 state's law. every state needs to enact their law about it. 2. the SC suggested exempting small businesses. 3. Congress can make a law to sort it out. I'm not too worried about it. But our sales have never been impacted by our charging tax.
