I asked the same question in the other thread about this - no one replied.

Does this apply to digital products ? (and unless there is a specific clause saying that it does not) Then this industry will suffer.

Memberships, cam mins, vod and clips, currently zero sales tax paid.

Now it is obviously very easy for suppliers of non tangible digital products to leave the US, otherwise they have to charge sales tax to their consumers.

So, does this apply to digital goods, because it certainly does in Europe.
