He doesn't... They admitted nearly all the evidence they have is in Russian and they haven't even translated it.. They refused to turn over said evidence today due to "national security." The defense attorney's can't defend if they don't know what they are defending.. He's handing it off and DOJ will make it go away.. The never expected anyone to defend the cases...
