This is a true story that happened to me 2 years ago, got an appointment. Before this meeting I had low expectations because of what I mentioned earlier. Anyway I educated myself on the issue before meeting up.
I meet a doctor specialized in general medicine, I could quickly see they had no interest in trying to help me. Which is why I took over the discussion and presented my theories. The doctor said to me translated from my own language:

You know what I did instead of degrading myself again for another appointment to another doctor? I researched, examined the symptoms, went to Germany, paid for blood work that I specifically wanted. Got the test results, diagnosed myself and gave myself treatment.
Citizens in my country DIE because of mediocre healthcare.
Tax money down the drain...and a bottomless bag of cash for immigrants and failed integration. Traitors...
