So essentially a total stranger comes up, feigning interest / playing you for a fool, with the sole reason to beg for a drink like some sort of parasite, and when you don't give the loser a drink you're a prick?
Chicks who only act interested, just to get free drinks, are fucking losers, and the guys who fall for it are even bigger losers. Fortunately that culture doesn't exist here in Holland - people tend to be normal and direct. Most chicks here would be ashamed doing that, it's not in our culture.
