The only mention of voting was saying that "Trump overcame the voter fraud and won". Trump, who paid $25 million for defrauding his supporters who signed up for Trump University. A 10 year long lawsuit that he dragged out to be the longest case on the court dockets history.
A lot of fear mongering and tension building in that video. Lots of red meat. "All Democrats, the FBI, the NSA, the CIA are bad, Trump is the savior"
