There were some sites i used to use that gave you actual carb counts in processed foods. They get around a lot with labeling requirements and tricks... for example Pam cooking spray might say "0 calories per serving" but it should be obvious to even the most naive person that oil in any form or quantity is still nothing but fat.
I didn't realize what an issue this was with carbs in general on foods. So you have to be very careful. I can't find those sites - getting sick of sifting through all the "NET carb" crap. Most recipes that say "keto friendly" all over the web are most certainly not.
