you can eat stuff like cabbage, kale, sprouts,asparagus etc...eating close to 0 carbs is silly and nobody who knows anything about dieting does it...you will fuck up your intestinal health fast if you do not maintain the stomach bacteria and they need carbs and fiber whether you like it or not...
the 30 gram thing is individual...you will not know until you measure your blood ketone levels...you may well be resistant to falling out of keto with moderate consumption of carbs...or you may not...if you do not measure you will not know and neither do the bulk of "experts" on the subject...
0 carb is a very bad idea...
