this has nothing to do with keto. I'm simply reducing my carbs while I'm not as active as I was before a recent injury I'm healing from.
again, the thread is asking for low-carb breakfast ideas. I'm a 35 year long type 1 who's learned about carbs from doctors, diabetic educators, nurse practitioners, other diabetics, classes, and plenty of research. I learned all that about keto well over a decade ago. I donated away a bunch of books on keto a while back because I didn't want them taking up space.
