When I first moved here rental units at a nice complex down the street were $1,600 a month, 10 years later the same unit is $2,500 a month.
Wages sure as fuck don't increase with the cost of housing or the cost of living, the middle class is almost completely gone because of corporate greed. Something has got to give soon and it will not likely be very good at all.
