That's the list provided.. Spacecraft launch vehicles in, food out... Your argument is moot.
All of these countries already had trade tariffs on American goods hence the trade war.. Considering the majority of people in China couldn't afford an imported American made car to begin with adding a tariff to that puts it even further out of reach.
