Have you heard of this workout method? Simple logic almost nobody does



I am sure for those who work out many think going to the max every time is the best way... that's what i do as well. However the guy above has an interesting method i never thought about, but it sounds so logical...

Do 7 out of 10 of what you do and you're not sore, so you can do it more often, which results in more training over the long run.

From now on im gonna try this
