IF there is somebody to blame than the ones who knew about the danger and let the cave open. it would cost 10 dollars of dynamite to close the entry or even a door would do.
instead of securing the cave so that no one can enter, a warning sign has been placed that the cave is dangerous from July on.
but even July still has a lot of leeway and those who live in the area know that the big monsoon rains usually start in august or september.

this is how the whole country thinks here and they are also thankful to all helpers from all over the world who came here and risked their life for them.
i really love these people and how they handle such cases. this people live so close together and especially in the worst times they are a big family and protect each other.
even when most of us are much much better educated - we can learn a lot from them.
