Of course, we can't do anything about 12 indicted Russians. They'll never see a jail cell.
But this is a chess move by Mueller and kind of a beautiful troll move as well. To bring this out right before the Putin summit, they're saying to to Trump:"ok, it's your move bitch".
Trump's move will unwisely be to continue with the summit because he can't wait to see his benefactor and suck his nuts.
