Do you believe this guy was casually walking down the street smoking a joint. That happened before involving someone else.
Do what you feel like doing, it's none of my business. I would be more than pissed off every time I walk in to a store and people are freely getting high or smelling of pot because it's legal to do so.
Furthermore, I certainly wouldn't want stoners conducting business with my clients.
Legalizing marijuana is strictly for the State Governments profit.
Ecstasy ? Speaking of which. A moron that lives up the street from me was arrested for being under the influence of Ecstasy - He was on the drug when he smashed up his car and left the scene of the accident.
I have pictures and flipped over to video of all the police outside his parents house.

I need you to explain something to me. I live in a state where it is legal. There are tens of millions of dollars brought in every month from this. Thousands of people have good paying jobs because of it. There are hundreds of new businesses that have started because of it and millions are going into the schools and other resources from the tax money.
No, when I walk into the store it doesn't smell like pot in there. For that matter, I almost never smell or see it.
What this proves is that there are tons of pot smokers. If it were suddenly made illegal again, those people aren't going to stop smoking, they are going to go back to buying it how they did before, illegally. So here is what I need from you. Explain to me how legal pot is so bad that making it illegal and putting those millions of dollars back into the hands of drug dealers and drug cartels is a better solution.
If the trade off for millions of dollars in tax revenue, jobs, and a big economic boost for the state is that every now and then you see a guy walking down the street smoking a joint (which is illegal in my state, by the way), I think that is pretty fair trade.
