my point was - they were not informed on high level of radiation and they were sent without any protection. just like the world heard about it days after it happened, only thanks that Scandinavian stations recorded some strange radiation levels....
But it's nothing new here. Your government always dealt with such situations in that style. With no regards to its own citizens, human life etc.
If you see nothing wrong with that, well then OK.
