That being said, I just read their "Frequently Asked Questions" and it says...
"Is possible to make pop under on page load, hover or unload ?"
to which they answer...
"There is no way to make pop under on page load (onload) event or before closing window (unload) or hover. It’s possible if you’re in before 2007.
Pop under only works when you touch/click to page content."
Which confuses me a bit... I get loads of pop ups and pop unders, usually on tube sites (when I am doing research)
They either open behind the current browser or in a new tab... but the way they speak it only works if the surfer clicks on something...
