Or how about when the Cold War ended and the Soviet Union crumbled...and it turned out the CIA was 100% WRONG (again) about Soviet capability. (turned out they were basically bankrupt).

The FBI? Did you guys "forget" the Tuskegee Experiment? Or the spying and investigating of Martin Luther King Jr.? Or John Lennon? And the corruption?
