Theoretically there is no straight answer. First of all, it maybe a public domain site like wikipedia or site where people come to spread out their media (e.g. youtube). The second thing is that the site may provide its content to 3rd-parties under some special terms (e.g. a link to source, sponsored ad blocks etc), actually that's what the RSS feeds were created for - actually all affiliate programs and tubes do that.
