They just became very famous and popular persons but not dead at all. So please tell me one simple reason why they were not killed by a knife if someone really wanted to get them down?

P.S. Please tell me why all former KGB spies die of poison in London? They don't die in the USA (Oleg Kalugin has also called Putin a pedophile) or anywhere else? Why they always die in London and nowhere else?
