We've been over this a million times but you refuse to listen. Paying a model to sign an NDA is not illegal. Paying a pornstar to sign an NDA is not illegal. Paying a model or a pornstar to sign an NDA with campaign money IS illegal.
If Cohen/Trump used campaign money to pay these women that is a felony. It's not if he did it, it's how and why he did it that matters.
