My personal thoughts are as follows. Decide on an amount that you would like to charge. Then 'up-it' and 'down-it' slightly to get 2 price points. For example, say you decide that you 'want' 24.99. Up it to 29.99 for the up point and down it to 19.99 for the down point.

Give the down point to review sites, and keep the up point on your site.

The person that has found you from twitter, tube videos etc, and is actually genuinly into you, wont see it as being 'to high' of a price.

The person who has not heard of you, isn't aware of you, but has arrived through an affiliate review site, where they have been told how good you are / the site is, gets the lower price point.

As for other choices, dont give to many - It an impulse purchase. Tell me honestly - How many yearly memberships do you sell straight off the bat to a new member? Not many I'd guess. Who wants to commit to a years membership of a site that they have not yet even seen inside?

Sure, you can offer a reduced fee for continued membership INSIDE the site if you want, but you wanna concentrate on the person who has his dick in one hand and CC in the other who arrives at your site. How he got there isn relevant, but there he is and hes ready to join. So just let him join - Dont make him stop and think about it.

Interesting fact. In my hay-day of making my fetish videos, I sold them on my own site for £7.99 each (Plus a zip of over 100+ pics for free) and I sold them all day long. As I was doing well, I decided to do a huge promo, and sell them for £4.99 each instead.

Believe it or not, sales dried up. I guess at £4.99 they were perceived as 'not worth it' but at £7.99 they were perceived as a ' Good Deal' ? When I put them back UP to 7.99, sales returned to normal.

These days they still sell on C4S, but at 18.99 and WITHOUT the zip of 100 free pics... ! OK they dont sell as often, but then they are old now, and not even in HD, but they still sell regularly enough. I even woke up this morning to another 2 sales at 18.99 each...

My point is that if someone wants your product, they will happily pay full price and perceive it as god value. If they are being persuaded into it by an affiliate or review site, then a lower price point (a bargain) wont hurt. But unless you are shifting a lot of year long memberships, I'd just remove that choice from the front end and make it really simple.

The less choice, the better, imho... They either want it or they dont... The simpler it is for them to get what they want, the better.

IMHO of course
