On page 16.. They call it "research" not a dossier.. It's discussed elsewhere but that's the introduction.
Page 21 begins the news articles which were used to verify the dossier.. Which were admittedly leaked by Steele himself.
It's all a very simple read because so much is redacted.. Given what the DOJ and FBI have redacted in the past we WILL learn they redacted shit that reflects bad on them.. Now that this has been released the pressure on Trump to declassify begins.
