This is murder. You have to be in fear for your life. The stand your ground law is fucked. If this stands then one could easily argue the woman had the right to shoot the man who had approached her vehicle. There was actually another case that happened right down the road from me where a man approached a vehicle in a road rage incident. When he got to the window, he was shot and killed. The shooter walked.
