Then tax the shit out of offshore help/call centers
I just had occasion to call Hugesnet's helpline and got someone from Asia answer the call, nice enough person but no fucking clue how to resolve my issue.
Today i called Tracfones helpline to ask a question. Luckily i recorded the conversation ( Allowed under Maine law) As the information i got was total BS and cost me $140.00 wasted, again another Asian person.
The BBB gives companies like Hugesnet an A+ rating despite having 504 out of 520 negative reviews. ( Always thought BBB was dodgy and only looked after their paid members )
Anyway my point is if Chump somehow was able to tax the shit out of these companies perhaps we could get more informed, reliable help and employ more Americans. OK rant over
