Beyond the suggestions above, here's a couple of other options.
- Use a Proxy. I find LimeProxies are a pretty decent service. Best Private Proxy Service | Lime Proxies
- Use a privacy focused browser, Tor or something like Epic Privacy Browser. The Epic one is decent in that you can quickly toggly proxying on and off and quickly select the country you want.
- In Windows, go to Contgrol Panel / Internet Options / Privacy Tab / Check the box for "Never Allow Websites to Request Your Physical Location"
- If you use FireFox, go to About:config and search for "geo.enabled". Double click to turn it off. If you use Chrome, you go to Settings / Avanced / Privacy and Security / Content Settings / Location > click to turn it off.
Not a whole list, but you get the idea. Google uses location services a lot. You might also want to check and clear any cookies related to google before doing any of the suggestions offered.
