Patriotism is the ideology of love and devotion to a homeland, and a sense of alliance with other citizens who share the same values.
esprit de corps
: the common spirit existing in the members of a group and inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honor of the group
Morale, also known as esprit de corps is the capacity of a group's members to maintain belief in an institution or goal, particularly in the face of opposition or hardship.
