Virginia is the state right above New Hampshire on your chart yet it's 19.4 percent black. Also how do you explain Montana 90.58% white & West Virginia's (92.9% white) crime rates? They both have very high white populations.


Do you think maybe it's more fair to say, that people who are lacking in education opportunity and lack good employment opportunities are more likely to commit crime vs what their race is? or is that against your narrative?
