Mueller's team was a complete waste of tax payer money.. They aren't prosecuting anyone any longer.. They've given up all their cases and referring shit to other prosecutors. It's game over for him. They'll be very lucky to dodge charges themselves.
"Referring" the Podesta's to SDNY means there IS something there. Mueller just isn't doing the charging... Apparently a number of somethings since there's apparently multiple referrals.
